OCASE Foundation Inc. is a nonprofit organization that is committed to reinforcing the value of education, keeping inner-city youth actively involved in sports, and giving young adults as well as their parents, teachers, and/or administrators guidance in the college application process. OCASE strives to keep District youth active, away from criminal behavior, and educated so that they will grow into caring, productive, healthy members of society. and is predicated on reaching our students to share with them that there is a better way to live, without violence.
